 About The Founder

Clint Saunders is a survivor turned advocate whose mission to end domestic violence is fueled by a unique blend of personal experience and professional discipline.
His philosophy of decisive leadership and immediate results is rooted in his background as a retired firefighter and his current role as an autotransfusionist (cell saver) in major surgeries—a career demanding precision and calm under pressure where every second counts. This action-oriented focus now drives his work as an advocate.
Having survived domestic violence himself, Clint knows the immense challenges victims face. His experience pressing charges, obtaining a restraining order, and gaining full custody of his children provides invaluable insight. This personal journey, combined with 11 years as a rideshare driver where he often encountered people in desperate need of escape, inspired him to create the Voices Against Domestic Violence Network.
As Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas once challenged, "If you don't lead by example, who will?" This is the guiding principle of the Network. We don't just advocate; we act. We don't just raise awareness; we provide direct intervention. The organization is dedicated to empowering survivors with a clear understanding of their legal rights and delivering tangible, measurable results to help them break free and build safe, independent lives.
